Hi all,
I wanted to let you know that the WinOSSCDRom is in the works and I hope to have version 1.8 finished and ready to download in a week or so. (I’ve been waiting for OpenOffice.org 3.0 to come out before I put my nose to the grindstone for this release.)
It has been a while since I put out 1.7 so you can look forward to lots of welcome updates on the 1.8 disk. Highlights include OpenOffice.org 3.0, Firefox 3.0.3 and Gimp 2.6. In addition, almost all of the other titles in 1.8 will have had updates as well.
There is plenty of work to do so I will just have to get at it.
Anyway, thank you to everyone for all your support and I hope you will enjoy version 1.8 as much as previous releases.
Take care!
Rich
